Through YogaRetreats.uk.com we would like to assist you to enhance and strengthen your practice of Hatha Yoga or support you in starting to learn yoga. We offer Yoga Workshops in south London, SW9 and weekend Retreats within the UK.

Hatha yoga helps to balance the mind and body via physical postures and exercises (asanas), synchronising these with conscious and controlled breathing (pranayama), which leads
to the calming of the mind through proper relaxation
(savasana) and meditation (dhyana). Asanas teach poise,
balance and strength and were originally (and still are)
practiced to improve the body’s physical health and clear the mind in preparation for meditation in the pursuit of enlightenment.
